The general sales terms define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning the goods offered on our site. The Supplier of the goods is UPI2M PLUS d.o.o., and the Customer is a visitor to the online store that selects at least one product, fills out and sends the order form electronically.

All prices are quoted in Croatian currency (HRK) that includes VAT at the current rate. The applicable prices and benefits are effective at the time of receipt of the order.

You will receive the original invoice after payment / delivery.

The terms of purchase / sale of products through website are set forth in these General Terms that Customer accepts upon order. By accepting these terms, the Customer declares that all the information he has provided is true and complete, that he is a business-capable, authorized credit card user, and that there are no known barriers to ordering and buying products at the webshop

Purchase orders

The products are ordered electronically by adding to the shopping cart. Products are considered to be ordered when the Customer completes the entire order process. We will send a confirmation on the receipt of the order to the e-mail address you provided when purchasing. If you do not receive an e-mail about the receipt of the order, please check if the products are successfully added to your cart and repeat the ordering process.

If Supplier is unable to deliver any of the products ordered, we will contact the Customer by e-mail with the new deadline for delivery of the ordered product. The Customer may cancel the delivery of the remaining products within 3 days.


The buyer agrees to pay for the ordered products by one of the following payment methods:

Credit or debit card

The card is not charged automatically, but when the goods are sent. In case of partial delivery, the credit card will only be charged for the value of the delivered goods and the related shipping costs. When ordering, you will be directed to T-Com Pay Way secure online billing system, where you will complete your purchase by entering your card number, security code, and date of validity. The card number is sent via SSL protected HTnet Pay Way link. We guarantee the security of your data. Data is encrypted and can not be misused.

Cash (Valid only for the territory of the Republic of Croatia)
The buyer pays the goods when picking up the shipment from the delivery service.
Internet banking


Products from the webshop can be ordered for delivery on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, under the conditions applicable to each delivery area. Packing and shipping outside the Republic of Croatia are charged according to the offer send by Supplier.

Delivery on the territory of the Republic of Croatia is done through local delivery service (GLS, Croatian Post, HP Express and others).
The delivery period for the territory of the Republic of Croatia is three working days, except for packages delivered to islands for which there are no regular traffic connections so the said delivery deadline is extended for two working days.
The delivery price is not included in the price of the product unless stated otherwise.
Delivery is free of charge for orders over HRK 300.00 on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Returns and Exchanges

Ordered products are packed so that they can not be damaged by ordinary manipulation in the mail. The buyer is obliged to check for any damages when picking up the books and immediately report them to the deliverer or refuse to take over the shipment where there are visible external damages. Products are insured for loss in a delivery and if the Customer does not receive any notice or delivery within 7 days from the order, he / she must notify the Supplier so that he could take action to find or send a substitute.

The Customer is entitled to refund the goods in the following cases:
– delivery of non ordered goods
– delivery of goods which has a defect or damage that was not caused by transport
The Supplier will approve a refund to the Customer upon receipt of a legitimate complaint by telephone or in writing, with the instructions for the return of the goods. In the case of the inability to deliver replacement, the Supplier will reimburse the Customer for his postal costs of returning the goods and the value of the goods he is no longer able to deliver. Until the refund is complete, shipped goods are considered to be Customers’ property.
UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. is not liable for any damage to the products and other obligations in the shipper’s domain.

UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic customer information and inform customers about how they are used. We regularly give customers the choice on using their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name and address to be removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer information is strictly kept and only available to employees who are required to do this.
