The general conditions of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about the goods offered on our website. The supplier of the goods is UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. Zagreb, and the Buyer is a visitor to the online store who chooses at least one product, fills in and sends the electronic order form.

All prices are expressed in Croatian currency and include VAT at the current rate. The prices and benefits that are in effect on the day the order is received are valid.

You receive the original invoice upon payment or delivery.

The conditions for buying/selling products via are determined by these General Terms and Conditions, which the customer accepts when placing an order. By accepting these conditions, the customer declares that all the information he has provided about himself is true and complete, that he is capable of doing business, an authorized credit card user, and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and purchasing products on the webshop.


Products are ordered electronically by adding them to the shopping cart. Products are considered ordered at the moment when the customer goes through the entire ordering process. We send a confirmation of order acceptance to your e-mail address that you specified during the purchase. If you do not receive an e-mail about the acceptance of the order, please check whether the products are in your basket and repeat the ordering process.

If UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the customer by e-mail with a new scheduled delivery date for the ordered product. The customer can cancel the delivery of the remaining products within 3 days.


The customer undertakes to pay for the ordered products by one of the following payment methods:

  • By credit or debit card

    The card is not charged automatically, but only when the goods are sent. In case of partial delivery, the credit card will be charged only for the value of the delivered goods and associated shipping costs. When placing an order, you will be redirected to the T-Com Pay Way secure online payment system, where you will complete the purchase by entering your card number, security code and its validity date. The card number is sent via an SSL protected connection to HTnet Pay Way. We guarantee the security of your data. The data is encrypted and cannot be misused.


  • Cash / cash on delivery (valid only for the territory of the Republic of Croatia)

  • Payment upon collection of the shipment from the delivery service

  • By general payment / internet banking

  • By Virman / by offer or by invoice

  • PayPal


Products can be ordered for delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, according to the conditions that apply to each delivery area. For areas outside the Republic of Croatia, packaging, delivery, postage and forwarding are charged according to the offer provided by UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. sends to the customer.
Delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is carried out by a local delivery service (GLS, Hrvatska pošta, HP express and others).
The delivery deadline for the territory of the Republic of Croatia is three working days, except for shipments delivered to islands for which there are no timely and regular traffic connections, and the stated delivery deadline is extended by two working days.
Delivery is not included in the product price, unless otherwise indicated.
Delivery is free for orders over HRK 300.00 in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.


The ordered products are packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling in postal traffic. When picking up the books, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report them to the postal worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to pick up a shipment with visible external damage. The goods are insured against loss during delivery, and if the Buyer does not receive any notification or delivery even after 7 days from placing the order, he is obliged to inform UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. so that he could take actions to find the package or send a replacement.

The customer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:

  • delivery of goods that were not ordered
  • delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport

UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. will approve the return of the goods to the Customer after receiving a justified complaint by phone or in writing, with instructions for returning the goods. In case of inability to deliver other goods, UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. will reimburse the Customer for his postal costs of returning the goods and the value of the goods that he is no longer able to deliver. The goods remain the property of the Buyer until full payment.
UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. is not responsible for possible damage to the product and other obligations that are in the domain of the deliverer.


UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic data about customers/users and inform customers about the way they are used. We regularly give customers choices about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of UPI2M PLUS d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
